Capital Appraisal Company provides real estate appraisal and consulting services in Lincoln, Southeast and Greater Nebraska, and Northeast and Northcentral Kansas. Capital Appraisal Company focuses on the valuation of commercial, industrial, multifamily, and special purpose properties and eminent domain valuation and appraisal review services.

The firm’s clients are lenders, buyers and sellers, governmental entities, and estate planning attorneys. The founder of the company, Steven J. Medill, MAI, began his appraisal career in 1989 working as a real property review appraiser for the Division of Property Valuation at the Kansas Department of Review.  After working for large appraisal firms in Kansas City, Missouri, and Knoxville, Tennessee, Steve moved to Lincoln in 2004 and founded Capital Appraisal Company.
